Dear Melanie, I decided to weigh myself today, and it turns out I lost about three pounds since mid April! I’m now at the lowest I’ve been in the last three years. I was shocked and didn’t believe the scale so I weighed myself on another scale and it was the same. I just wanted to say thank you for all of your nutritional guidance. It’s the first time in my life that I’m losing weight in a healthy, consistent way that doesn’t leave me feeling hungry. Also, I feel in control of my eating the majority of the time and so I’m not reaching for food to emotionally self-soothe on a daily basis. So thank you very much for all your help and support. I really appreciate it.
